Returns within 14 days
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not you can return it within 14 days of receipt as long as it complies with the following conditions.
You have the responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. We consider it reasonable for you to carefully open the box and examine the goods inside, but not to erect the goal. Once construction has begun we cannot refund.
We will refund the full price of the product you purchased, but not the original delivery price or the cost of returning the product to us.
We reserve the right to make a refurbishment charge (for breach of statutory duty to take reasonable care) for elements of the products that are returned in a damaged condition making them non-resalable. This will purely be the cost of fixing or replacing that element.
Your duty of care extends to ensuring that the goods are not damaged in transit, and so re-packing should be carefully undertaken.
There’s a fault with your product
We hope our product arrives with you in perfect condition. We quality check each net individually to ensure that there are no cuts, tears or breaks.
However if you believe there is a fault with the product, then please email a picture to us of what you believe the issue is.
We offer a 1 year guarantee; and if we agree there is a fault, you have the right to have it refunded, repaired or replaced, whichever we believe is the most appropriate.
We will refund the original cost of purchase and delivery, and your cost of returning.
You’ve been sent an incorrect product
If you believe an incorrect item has been sent, then please email a picture to us of what you believe to be incorrect and we will refund your cost of return and send you a correct item.
If the correct item is then delivered and the incorrect item has not been returned, then you will be liable for the cost of this item.
How to send it back
Before returning your product, you must email or call us advising of the issue, and we will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
Please remember to completely fill out the returns section of the invoice you received with your package and ship your return package either UPS or insured US Mail (remember to keep your receipts and tracking number). We cannot be responsible for merchandise lost en route.
Please state date of purchase, invoice number and reason for return. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued and must appear on all shipping labels.
All returns must be shipped prepaid, no C.O.D. or packages marked "Bill Recipient” will be accepted. Damaged goods may be returned, but must follow our Return Policy.

We will usually process your refund between 1-5 days of the product arriving back at our warehouse. We cannot refund if the product you sent does not arrive back at our warehouse, so ensure you keep the tracking code from your shipper.
